Why Congress Cannot Do What It Promises

Members are quick to tell people what they are going to do on a particular issue.  The problem is that many times what they say to fire up supporters cannot be done without other things that take awhile to talk about. Today I go through some of these issues from The Durham Report to the cries for impeachment.
